 Wow, these last few years have been a struggling and amazing journey.
From having nothing but our family to becoming home owners and watching how God has pulled us through some really rough times, we have been blessed time and time again. When I saw the "Win a FREE Patio Contest"
in the Macomb Daily I just knew it was going to be ours! I entered our story and anxiously awaited for the contest deadline. That day I waited for the phone to ring and every time it did I said, "Oh, it's not them yet." When my husband called from work before he could get a word in, I would say, "They didn't call yet." By 8 p.m. that evening with no phone call yet, I was still convinced that
we did win. I then got on my computer to just chill out and to my surprise I got an email, it said "You Won!" I knew it. We believed it would happen! From the surprise email and then a personal phone call from Kristi and John Biondo of Biondo Cement Co., confirming we indeed were the Patio Give Away Winners! They are just wonderful, honest, nice people.
The work that John, Angelo and the crew did was just amazing! So many of our neighbors were surprised how well they worked together. The compliments just keep coming. We feel truly blessed! Even in these hard economic times, they still wanted to give something back to the community by doing something very special.  My family and I just wanted to thank John and his crew for the outstanding work they did on our patio with walkway and faux stone fascia on our 2 story bay window. The concrete is now 2 years old and still looks fantastic with no cracks, settling, or other imperfections. The color looks great and hasn't faded. The stamp pattern looks just like real stone blocks, and the brick retaining wall pattern on the vertical surface of the patio really adds to the illusion of the patio being natural stones rather than concrete. We get so many compliments on the bay window and patio that no one can believe it's stamped. Everyone thinks the bay is limestone and the patio is made from paver blocks. The professionalism you and your crew had on the job site was top notch with everyone being very polite and helpful with any questions I had in regard to the processes being performed or questions pertaining to long term upkeep. The best thing about the stamped concrete is there is very little maintenance required to keep it looking good. Thank you again John. The Konczalski Family
